Re-Inspect
1 hour +/- on-site inspection time
• A re-inspect is a situation where a property has already been inspected by
TRIsland Inspections. The deficiencies have been remedied by the property
seller. TRIsland Inspections will re-inspect the property to document the
improvements made. This is an ideal vehicle for sellers to use in order to prep
their property for sale. Buyers also can benefit from a re-inspect as it documents
improvements recommended on the initial inspection. $175.00 for re-inspect. I
do not inspect the same property for both parties.
I will document all phases of new construction with digital pics and short report.
The fee for this service is $175.00 per documented phase ( foundation,framing,
siding & trim, roof, your contractor will call this a draw). Client is responsible
for notifying me when phase in ready to inspect.
